Hate my high chair

Does anyone else hate their high chair? Ours is similar to this https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3517842&searchURL=false and I hate this high chair! It does not fit DS well and he is going to grow out of this thing very quickly! Under the tray is a mini tray that stays attached to the high chair and it is hard to get his legs in this. My MIL was watching him and scraped his legs on it when she was pulling him out of it. I have a whole list. And I do not want to buy another but I do foresee this one lasting us

That's a bummer....I hate it when you buy something and it just disappoints.

I love our high chair, it's the stokke Tripp Trapp and although a bit pricey I really like that it grows with your child. Also a plus, it looks like a piece of furniture so it blends in with our dining room chairs.

We have a fisher price healthy booster. It folds up and stores away and travels super easy. It will last him through his toddler years and it only cost $25 on sale. Why don't you try selling your chair online and en get one you will like more? Also, OP my little guy is Benjamin too. Great name choice!

I hate my Space Saver. Everyone else raves about them, but I wish I had gotten one that folds up when not in use...you know, to save space. And I was looking at high chairs in the store the other day (for the first time....got mine on amazon) and they all seem to come with that insert on top for easier washing. Not mine! Have to wash the whole clunky thing in the sink (wiping it off never seems to get it clean).

But I'll keep it because I think it will be nice when used as a booster when she's older. Then I'll have to get a new one with #2!

I have a Graco high chair that is similar to yours, but not the Contempo model. We love ours. It doesn't take up alot of room and we've had no issues with it. Perhaps you can check a mom to mom sale to find a like-new one, that way you don't feel bad about getting a new one.
