Oh my goodness. I decided to take a day off from the shred, and do Jillian's Yoga Meltdown instead. I figured it might be a nice easier workout for my off day. I. Was. Wrong. I was dripping by the end of it, but it felt great! I also realized how not flexible I am, so I'm hoping that adding in regular yoga to my routine will help with that. As a side note, for anyone who does real yoga, this is not it. It's much higher cardio, and focuses on muscle building/toning.
Anyone else tried it? Or have another workout DVD to recommend?
