I need a new job (NBR)

I am to the point I hate coming to work.  People get away with crap that they shouldn't, for example: coming in late EVERY SINGLE DAY, long lunch hours every single day, texting a ton, etc....This stuff bothers me to no end. 

I need a new job again, but I want to stay here until I'm 100% vested in my IMRF to get full retirement benefits.  Only 2 years to go....

    Girl, I feel ya! There's alot of that happening where I work, and lately upper management has been making arbitrary policy changes and not letting anyone know, and since we're on the front line with the customers, it makes US look stupid. I have no real reason to stay after Nov when we come back from vacation (I have enough leave to get paid for it, which is why I'm staying now), but I know where I want to work next and I have to wait until they're hiring....and that could be who knows how long.
