Hospital Tour

I finally called to sign up for a hospital tour today.  Apparently the soonest they had spots was a month from now, so if you want to go on a tour, I suggest calling soon.

    Same...ours is scheduled separately (we have it this Sunday) and childbirth class isn't until the first week in October!

    We have a six week course for two hours every Wednesday that we go to and it's part of that.  We signed up for that one and for the carseat one.  I think the six week one has a little bit of everything.  We start that one at the beginning of September.

    I'm delivering at a small, community hospital that doesn't have offical tours. When I called to ask about it, they said that I should just call ahead the day I want to go just to make sure they aren't super busy and they'll show me around. Also, they don't do pre-registration.

    Yup. Just did ours last weekend - they book up fast. Also you might want to ask about pregistration. Apparently, we don't have to do it anymore as the L&D at my hospital is connected to my OB and all OB's affliated with their hospital. They have all my info by the 26th week of pregnancy so there is nothing for me to do other than show up when I go into labor!!! Might be worth while to ask about.

    First U/S showed one beautiful baby measuring 7w1d with a HR of 148!!! Second U/S showed baby measuring 9w0d with a HR of 173!!!
