Animal lover

Over the weekend we went to a festival in town where they had a petting zoo. DD lost it! She was laughing, and squealing and basically sounding like a crazy person. I've never seen her so excited. Now we are fostering a litter of kittens for our shelter and have them gated off in an empty closet area, she is there with her face pressed up against the gate poking her fingers through saying "kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty..." over and over. I think my kid likes animals. Weird...where'd she get that from ;) She always wants to approach other peoples dogs too. That's our next lesson. Waiting for permission to touch animals.

Who else has an animal lover? Or is your baby scared of them?

    DS absolutely loves dogs. He only has about four words and one of them is doggie. Whenever he sees one in person, on tv, or in a book he points and stares at it and repeats doggie doggie over and over. Whenever one of our dogs licks him he giggles. He hasn't been near many other animals but so far it just seems to be dogs that are the fascination.

    DD loves dogs especially my mom's dog. He gives her the most kisses. Our dog will tolerate her for a short time and then goes away. She hasn't been around many cats because I'm extremely allergic to them. She loves goats. My aunt owns four of them and she loves visiting and feeding them. However, she wasn't too crazy about the cows at the fair.

    Yep, definitely an animal lover here! We also went to a petting zoo and she went nuts for the kangaroo. She loves our neighbours dogs and our friend's cat.

    Both of my boys love animals. We went to a fair of vacation and they went crazy for the pigs and cows.

    Being that we have 3 dogs (if all sizes) kyler loves dogs and says "uppy" on our walks if he sees one.
    We also pet a horse for the first time last weekend and he said "tickle tickle tickle" while petting lol. See picture for the horse one.

    This is my DD as well! One of her first (and only) words was "dog" and we don't even have a dog! She loves getting licked in the face then trying to lick them back.

    We live right near sea world do we often go to their pet show, ds squeals so loud when he sees the animals after.the show you'd think we just saw a rock star! And when we get home He is equally stoked to see our pets
