Honestly DH?!

Every Monday DH goes to a friends church to play volleyball he has for the past 2 years. I get a phone call from DH tonight about 10mins after he should of been home and he says I have bad news...

He goes on to tell me that he dislocated his shoulder...This is the 4th time! he has already had surgery on it as well.

So now I am stuck staying up until they get home so I can drive my BIL home since he was with him and has DH's car.... It's 11pm now, they have been at the ER for an hour now... 5 am is going to come way to soon. I don't want to be mad at him I know he is probably really upset and pissed at himself but like honestly?! We have a birthday party this Sunday to host, he was in charge of getting DD ready and now will be in a sling and won't be able to change a diaper let alone get her dressed. Then there is mowing the yard and I guess out boating season is done for the year as well....

Thanks for listening ladies, just needed to get it out before he got home so I don't take it out on him.

    What a bummer! I hope it doesn't complicate things too much and that he gets back to 100% soon!

    I'd be upset too. I would be seething even though it wasn't his fault internally and being nice on the outside. I hope you got *some* sleep last night!

    I'd be annoyed also.  This is awful timing with the party coming up.  I hope you have friends or family to help you!

    Thanks everyone. Went to his doctors appointment today and he has to get an MRI on Friday. The doctor said he is pretty sure surgery is a must. That means 4 weeks in a sling not moving it. 4 weeks of stretching it in therapy and then 4 weeks of strength training. yay....
