Raleigh/Wake Forest prenatal yoga

Hi! I belong to the Y, which does not offer prenatal yoga, I'm interested in joining a class and have only found one so far that is not close to where I live.  Also, will take any advice on any other type of pregnancy exercise class.  This is my first and I"m 21 weeks. Thanks!!

    Hi, You probably since discovered this but there is prenatal yoga and a prenatal toning class at the Alexander family Y in Raleigh. At $45 a month for a full membership I think its a great deal. Classes are each held once a week.
