Diagnose my DS's sleep issue

He is almost 28 wks, so past wonder week 26. He doesn't have any teeth yet, but Tylenol doesn't seem to help. He screams every 30 min to an hour after I put him to bed. The only thing that calms him down is nursing. He will sleep a 3 hour chunk and a 2 hour chunk after 11pm. Prior to these past 2 weeks, he would only wake a couple if times at night and could be calmed with a pacifier. He slept 6:45 to 6:45. What's the diagnosis? I'm not against sleep training, but this major change in his sleeping habits make me think something is to blame.

    How long has he been doing this?

    Also with the wonder weeks - did you know that they are calculated from baby's due date (not actual age)?  I'm just asking because I just read about it like 2 weeks ago.  My DD is currently 35.5 weeks, but was born a week and a half early.  So according to the chart, she is in week 34.  Just thinking that if he was born a bit before his due date, it might actually be wonder week 26.

    It has been 2 weeks now that he's been inconsilable at night. He's been hitting his wonder weeks early all along, but maybe this one is different.

    He has a sleep association with nursing and the pacifier. I think the wonder weeks is a crock. I think parents use it as an excuse for why their baby is not sleeping well, when they should be looking at the bad habits they are teaching their babies. According  to the wonder years, our babies are going through "something" almost every single week, that's nuts....so my baby will never sleep because they're having another wonder week??? lol

    This makes me giggle because I feel like DD is CONSTANTLY going through a growth spurt, learning something new, etc., and half the time, it's not even close to when they say it's going to be. I mean, I guess it's nice to know that say, around a week old, expect non-stop feeding or, around 9 months, expect a sleep regression. But I still find it hysterical how, for the first two months, it's growth spurts at one week, two weeks, four weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks. Just tell me that there might be oh, 3 or 4 days strewn in there when DD WON'T be crazy and I'll be good.

    And what's funny was, with DD, her latest sleep regression turned into her just needing to be moved into her own room. Obviously that's not the case with all babies, but I was going nuts trying to get her to effing sleep, and as soon as we tried her in her own crib and out of the cosleeper, she was fine. I felt like smacking myself because I was soooo focused on what was wrong with her, what was she going through that was making her not sleep, etc. etc., when all she needed was some privacy.

    Turns out he has reflux. He's been on Zantac for 3 days now and he while still wakes frequently, probably out of habit, he's no longer screaming or arching his back in pain. We think he may have had it all along, but it just got worse recently.
