Morning Everyone,

Sorry this is late, I had an interview this morning and I just got back.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.  :)

Anyway, yesterday I was so bored at work before I realized it I ate 1/2 a bag of Kit Kat minis and then for dinner I had 1/2 a meatball sub.  So food not going so well.  

how's your week going?

  • I shared a kit kat with DS yesterday. It was yummy.

    I'm getting things ready for a garage sale and have been eating whatever I can, when I can. All the heavy lifting has to count for something, so I figure I'm good.

  • I haven't been very good about track the past couple of days, but I've been doing pretty good about eating so I think I'm ok...but I'm not going to lie..I went to get a drink out of the vending machines this morning (diet) but if the food vending machine had had those little doughnuts, I would have bought some (really, really craving them). Luckily, they didn't...so I had my fiber 1 cereal and a fiber 1 90 cal cinnamon coffee cake

  • I'M Back!!!!  I was off for a couple days and I'm back half days this week at work because my babysitter is on vacation. 

    We did a lot of running around this weekend, to Navy Pier on Sunday with friends, Chicago on Monday for lunch with coworkers and the zoo yesterday.  I didn't watch what I ate, drank alcohol without worrying about calories and did a ton of walking :)

    I need to get back on track and will start right now!  After I leave today I plan on taking Moran for a long walk and trying to lose some of these calories I ate the past few days!!

  • @prncebride, sending you good vibes about the interview.

    I have been pretty good this week with food. We have been eating in with chicken dinners and the one time I have eaten out was at panera which I am usually good with. I bought those little drums ice cream cones which are only 110-130 cals so I don't feel sweet deprived.

  • I have done ok today bagel for breakfast a yogurt and apple with peanut butter for lunch. That was so good don't know why I don't eat that more often. Also have a couple pretzels and fruit for snacks.

  • I cheated on lunch. I had to go out to the post office and stopped by the gas station on the same street to get a drink...and ended up with some of those chocolate cupcakes with the white swirls on them...they weren't as good as I hoped, but I couldn't resist.

  • I was eating a bag of mini kit kats as I was reading this and in the back of my brain I'm trying to come up with some excuse not to go to the gym.  
  • Everyone has hard days, I am having a hard week!!  I went out and Morgan and I walked around town for almost 3 hours!  Then I came home and had the rest of my cinnamon almonds.  Don't get discouraged, keep thinking positive and you can get back on track!!
