prenatal workout/yoga classes -Northside of Indy

Hello!

My husband and I recently moved from Chicago to Carmel, IN and I was hoping to find some prenatal workout/yoga classes in an effort to stay in shape and also meet other soon-to-be-mommies (I'm 23 weeks along with my sweet boy!) :) 

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    I know there is a yoga place in the Nora Mall. Across the street from North Central High School. They also do baby and me yoga. Welcome to indy and congrats!

    IU North Hospital in Carmel has prenatal yoga classes. You can register on their website through the childbirth classes page. Congratulations on your little guy : )
