Waxing

Today is the first time I'm waxing (brazilian) since we found out we're expecting! My esthetician is one of my best friends so I'm not worried... Waxing is said to be completely safe while pregnant, but I am still a little worried since its still painful and who knows how these hormones will react to that. Yes, I'll be the one on her table @ 40 weeks (God willing) so I'll be all set for delivery!

Anyone waxed yet?

    I will not lie... brazilians hurt like hell when pregnant!  Everything is more sensitive.  I actually gave them up, because I was too damn uncomfortable.  Good luck!  Hopefully your experience is better than mine!

    Our 2nd baby boy, Mason, was born still at 20w3d on 1/31/2012

     After a much needed sanity break... we are praying for our rainbows

    ((BFP 7/29/13))  ((EDD 4/12/14))  It's BOY/GIRL twins!!!

    I'm with @figgs0831 - waxing is a bitch while pregnant!  That said, I highly recommend enduring the pain right before delivery - it's nice to feel clean down there when the rest of you is a mess!

    Yeah, I've heard its a lot more painful.   Guess you'll find out soon, right?  Let us know.  I'm too scared to try it.

    I got mine done a couple weeks after my bfp and it was fine.  then again, i'm still really early.  i plan to keep it up, however, because it feels clean!

    BFP 7/16/13, EDD 3/27/14 - blighted ovum  - D&C 8/26/13
    Dx PCOS and Septate Uterus
    Septum Resection - 2/6/14
    brand new cuterus
    March 2014:   first medicated cycle + iui     = BFP!
    Baby Drgn born December 3, 2014

    OMG!  That would make me mad too!!!!  I was planning on doing laser this year and kept putting it off.  Now I am glad that I did!

    I had laser done & it's, so far, still all gone. Really really hope it doesn't come back. Had waxing done about 1 wk before I had my twins and it killed! Don't want to do that again, but will if I have to!

    This. And, everything changed down there and gets a lot less cute. it goes back after ward, but you might appreciate some coverage. Just sayin.

    Haha... Well, I am alive!! It didn't hurt anymore than usual... We will see how that changes next month. Thanks ladies for your advice!
