Omg, a good night!?

I was afraid to say it until it was over....but A was sooo good compared to the last 2 weeks!  Granted, we still had yelling, but she ate actual table food if we put it in her mouth with a fork (why a spoon is any different to her, who knows) but she ate a veggie, chicken and even tried part of our taco bake!  And then amused herself with the yogurt melts and Cheerios.

I think we potentially figured out what her problem is with food.  She wants seasoning, not bland.  The chicken was left over bbq chicken we ate last night and then of course the taco bake has some kick to it.  Hmmm...coming right up munchkin!

Dare I hope things may start to get better?

  • I will keep my fingers crossed for you! Emma definitely loves her some seasoned food.. if it is garlic flavors she will lick every last bit!

  • Good for her. Hopefully it continues. Alexis' favorite food is dairy free Mac and cheese that my husband added a whole bunch of flavors to since it is so bland.

  • @morrkim - do you have a recipe for the diary free mac & cheese? My LO loves pasta, but we've had MPI issues in the past.

  • We haven't tried mac and cheese yet...maybe this weekend?  But she actually won't eat pasta.  I haven't tried it with anything but straight from the pan but I'll try different things.
  • @porklump30 it is a box. I'm too lazy to make stuff from scratch. It's called Road's End Organics dairy free Mac & chreese. It is really bland so we added worcshire (sp) sauce and liquid smoke.
