I saw that other teachers are started back to school next week. I start the 26th, the kiddos start the 28th. We are in Disney all of next week, and I am really regretting the timing of that trip. My class is definitely not ready! When do you start, and are you ready to go?

    I'm a speech path assistant. The first day back is tomorrow. We have a meeting first thing in the morning to find out which schools we are assigned to. So I only have one school site ready. Mentally I'm ready to be back at work. I miss people!

    This week I have new teacher orientation. We have inservice the 22nd and 23rd, and students start the 27th.

    I'm going tomorrow to set up my room. We start back next Wednesday and the kids go back on the 26th. I'm actually starting to get excited. Though I am not looking forward to leaving my boys at all. :(

    I'm a lab coordinator/ faculty adjunct. I started this week as did all the full time faculty, but the semester doesn't start till the 26th.

    We go back the 26-28. The kids start the Tuesday after Labor Day
    BFP #1 - January 2010...m/c at 12 weeks 
    BFP #2 - December 2011, little lady #1 born August 2012
    BFP #3 - August 2013....m/c at 5 weeks 
    BFP #4 - October 2013....little lady #2 born June 2014

    I go back the 22nd next thursday and the students start the following tuesday I believe?  Im a mixed bag of emotions.

    I had my first day today!  It was so early!  This is the most unprepared I've ever felt for a first day back.  But we made it through and I have 23 new kiddos to love!  (sorry this was so cheesy, but I'm sure most of you understand).

    This is so early! I feel like this was the shortest summer ever.

    We start september 4th but he had summer school in our wing so we can't think of getting in for another week or so. We have a night for kindergartners a week before then so we're supposed to be ready even earlier than normal. Most years I feel stresses but I just finished my summer job and only get three weeks with DS so I don't want to spend that time being stresses out.

    My schedule is the same as yours. I haven't done a thing yet!
    I'm so depressed about it! I liked last year, when I went back for one day, had DS the next and stayed out until Jan. 28th!

    We don't start until after Labor Day, and I am in no way ready. In fact, the office staff of another district school that is being renovated have been using MY room as an office all summer. No idea when they are moving out!
