Holy Freakin' Fingernails!

My beautiful, amazing, perfect daughter has decided that the skin on my chest is a nuisance and must be removed ASAP.

Now, where did I put that nail file?

    I make DH clip DD's nails because I am terrified to cut them too close.  They grow like crazy and I feel like they constantly need to be trimmed.  I have been scratched quite a few times and she scratches her little face too :(

    I'm still terrified to clip her nails because she never stops wiggling (even when she sleeps). I've just been filing them down.

    I clip hers while she's eating because that's when she's most relaxed and least wiggly, I do them twice a week, baby nails grow so fast!

    My guy's nails are so sharp but somehow they seem too short to clip more than once every two weeks - I try filing them when he sleeps but I think I just end up making them pointier so he really scratches his face....and me while he's feeding :-S

    She has started pinching me too! She gets her hand on the hand holding my breast while she eats and pinches... Hard!

    I agree I hate doing this and I have to do it 2x a week, I would never let DH do it he's not a very careful person.

    LO used to scratch herself when she was a couple weeks old but now she likes to keep her fingers in a fist but I still try to clip them as often as I can. Her new fave thing to do is pull my hair and rip it out or swat at me or DH with her fists which actually hurts lol
