How long did it take for your LO to figure out how to roll over? Did they roll over front to back first or back to front? My son just learned how to roll all the way over from back to front a week shy of being 5 months!
He rolled belly to back first, a few times at 6 weeks, but he didn't do it again for like 3-4 weeks. He rolled back to belly for the first time the day after he turned 4 months and got consistent with that pretty quickly. Last night was the first time I caught him sleeping on his belly instead of his side.
DS rolled belly to back at 3 weeks and never stopped. He started rolling back to belly around 4 months I think. Now he is the squirmiest thing ever.. he scoots all over the floor on his back or belly. Or he'll just keep rolling until he's on the other side of the room. Not sitting up on his own or crawling yet though.
He rolled from stomach to back at about three month maybe twice. Then nothing. Now at 5 months he rolls from his back to his stomach a lot but doesn't roll from his stomach to his back. Which is fine because I prefer he stays on his stomach.
My son rolled from belly to back for the first time at 6 weeks and back to belly at 3 months and he is a pro now. He just turned 5 months 2 days ago. He is now starting to get up on his hands and knees and rock back and forth.
