    My LO wore newborn clothes for about a month, maybe slightly less. I think he could have fit in them slightly longer, but my husband thought they were getting too small. So I decided better a little too big than too small and moved him up.

    He was 6 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.

    I moved LO up to 0-3 right at the 1 month mark.

    My LO is in the 95% for height so she outgrew NB clothes for length before she would have for weight. In footy PJs she can already wear some 3-6 month because her legs are so so long. She measured 23 inches two weeks ago so might be even taller at this point.

    DD is 9 weeks old and still wears some NB clothes.  She is too long for footed sleepers though.  For the most part, she wears 0-3 and 3 month clothes, size 1 diapers are still big.  She was 5 lbs, 9 oz at birth . . . probably 8.5 lbs now.

    DD could never fit Newborn clothing. She was 9 lbs 6 1/2 oz and 23 in at birth. 
    She's wearing 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers, but may be moving up to size 3 soon. She's 7 weeks.

    Just this week baby is now in 0-3 clothes. I started putting her NB clothes in a ziplock storage bag. Sad. She's 8-1/2 weeks.

    This. DS was 24 inches at his 6 week appt and has to wear some 3-6 mth sleepers. He wore newborn clothes for less then a week, but the newborn sleepers he wore for about 3 weeks, go figure.

    Started TTC Nov. 2011

    My LO is super skinny, he was 6 lbs 5 oz and 21 3/4 inches long and will be 8 weeks tomorrow and is up to 9.5 lbs. The only reason we took him out of newborn last week was because he is too long for them and he drowns is 0-3 months because he is skinny, but length wise were still ok

    DD just turned 6 weeks yesterday and started her dreaded 6 week growth spurt so I think in the next few days we will be transitioning from NB to 0-3 months soon since her PJ's are starting to get tight! 

    She was 7 lbs 10 oz at birth but lost a lot of weight and seems to be a slow weight gainer.

    My LO is still in Newborn except for sleepers because he is so long. He will fit into some 0-3 months if they are on the small side.
