NBFR Gift Idea for 9 yo girl

My cousin's DD will be 9 and we're going to her bday party in a few weeks, and I'm stumped for a gift. My cousin said she likes helping her in the kitchen with cooking, baking, organizing cabinets and washing dishes.

I'm stumped. Help?

    Thanks ladies! Maybe I can make a gift basket with a kid's apron & oven mitts with a kid's cookbook and the dry ingredients for one of the recipes? Hmmm.

    You can have a lot of fun with the cooking/baking thing! What about a mini-cupcake tin, cup liners, and a cookbook for cupcakes? The basket idea is super cute, and I also love the Etsy suggestion. This is a gift I'd give a grownup!

    DD loves rainbow looms (plastic bracelet kit). I don't know if its only popular when it gets "trendy" but many of DDs friends make them.
