Good response on Menopur with a Dor dx

Anyone had a good response on Menopur with a dor Dx?
                 

TTC since 2012 

Dx : DOR

IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

  Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

EDD 10/27/14

Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)
March 2016 (ectopic pregnancy) :(

    My RE says this is my next protocol since I am a poor responder... I have had some guidance from the ladies over on infertility with this subject... you might cross post over there -good luck
    ***siggy/ticker warning***

    Me:36 DH:38 TTC#1 since 4/2012
    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    I used Menopur during IVF and my RE was pleased with my results. Are you doing IVF or IUI? Have you tried other protocols before?

    I was on Follistim no response then my Re switched me to Menopur. I would be gearing up for IUI, was suppose to originally do IVF canceled due to the insurance wanting three iuis before moving on to IVF. On Menopur did you start having symptoms that it was working cramps or anything the first night I had slight off and on cramps occasionally tonight is my second dose and I'm feeling little pains sometimes. If you don't feel any pains does that mean it's not working at all?? Also what dosage of Menopur were you on and what is your Dx?

    Also do you know what's the highest dosage that you can give yourself on Menopur?

    I don't know how much help I'll be then- I never used it by itself or during an IUI cycle. I have DOR but only used Clomid during my IUIs. I used Menopur 75IU (one vial) per day during IVF stims. My dose of Bravelle (which is the same as Follistim) varied and for the last day or two I used only Menopur. 
    I don't think cramps are a sign that its working or not- I felt pretty good on my stims for the first few days. 
    Either way, I hope Menopur does the trick for you.

    Yeah, I really haven't had any symptoms while being on Menopur so I wasn't sure if that meant it wasn't working or not?
