DH and I went bowling last week, lo loved it. Are there any farmers markets or fairs around where you are? You could go out to brkfst and then walk around the market or fair.
We've recently had date mornings at the local farmer's market. We get a yummy breakfast and then do some shopping - we all love it. Of that same vein, we have an outdoor shopping mall we will go to and window shop and then get dinner.
To be honest, we're not super creative with our dates, but we've talked about hiking, camping, exploring new areas of the city, going to the Street of Dreams, and seeing a "Mommy-matinee" at a local theater.
All the ones mentioned are good along with aquariums, museums, and picnics. We try to do weekend getaways every once in awhile and DD has been handling them pretty well.
Anything outdoors. A picnic, a kid friendly restaurant for dinner (we do this a lot). By chance, do you have a drive in movie? There's one about an hour from where we live, and I think this would be great b/c if baby cries, it's not disruptive. Also, anything w/music, a museum, hike/walk, an ice cream or coffee shop, book store (they'd have fun kids stuff, too), breakfast/brunch. DS is totally a morning baby, so breakfast or coffee would be ideal.
Our town is boring (no bowling or movies, etc), so we just go out for dinner or take LO and the dog for a walk at the lake. She really likes light and sound though. We took her to the fair last weekend just to walk around and she was thrilled.
