Mamas that have thrown birthday parties already - did you do goodie bags? If so, what did you include in them? Were they for all guests, kids & adults, or just kids? Trying to get some ideas for LO's party in 2 weeks. Thanks!
Goodie bags for the kids only. I included bubbles, a couple pieces of chalk, and a "fun pack" from the dollar store that had crayons, a small coloring book and stickers. For the older kids I included temporary tattoos and glow in the dark bracelets.
I did. I just went to the dollar store; harmonicas, whistles, little blow things, bubbles, and fruit snacks...then when the pinata was busted open, they used them to collect their candy.
I made goody bags for the children. I have never heard of goody bags at a child's party for adults. I am all a out simplicity and being green. The "bag" was a brightly colored metal bucket. Inside the bucket was a beach ball, a sand pail and mold, stickers, a container of bubbles and a small book.

Our theme was "Milk and Cookies" so I baked a zillion cookies then let people take as many as they wanted home! I also made some white chocolate "milk mustaches" for the kids to eat/take home.
