Rookie Mistake..

So I went in yesterday to check for follicles and I had a 2.6 and 2.4 on the left and right respectively.  I was given an hCG shot and told to go home a make a baby.  I was also proscribed estrogen tablets due to a low estradiol (145) and then given progesterone suppositories to start in a few days.  The problem was, I didn't read the directions and I took a suppository last night 12 hours into my hCG shot.  What happens now?  Did I mess up everything this cycle?  Thanks!

    I would definitely call your doctor, taking progesterone prior to ovulation (which probably happened) may actually prevent ovulation. Usually progesterone is started 3 DPO or so for that reason.

    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    Is it possible that since I only did it once that it may delay ovulation instead of just stopping it all together?

    Call your doctor, he knows this better than we do.

    Cycle 2 6/7/13: Clomid 100mg CD3-7 = No response
    Cycle 2.1 Clomid 150mg CD 19-23 + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 3 7/21/13: Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #1 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 4 8/25/13: Bravelle 75-112iu + Trigger + IUI #2 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 5 9/23/13: Bravelle 75-225iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Progesterone = BFFN
    Onto IVF - starting injects on Christmas Day

    Definitely call your doc.  My clinic mentioned in their meds video that taking progesterone before ER has caused many women to have their IVF cycle cancelled.  This is why they recommend double checking all meds before taking them.

    September 2012: Start IF testing

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1
