Dd got sick and was getting up a few times a night which passed quickly but I haven't gotten back into a good sleep pattern since. I'm having a really tough time falling and staying asleep. I feel like I'm doing the "right" things but nothing is helping. We eat dinner early in the evenings and turn off all electronic devices after 6pm for the night. I exercise daily--I've tried exercising in the morning or nighttime and nothing helps. I eat healthy and take a multivitamin. I've tried melatonin and Benadryl. Is there anything else you can think of not mentioned here (besides going to a doctor since I'm stubborn as hell, lol).

No, but I still have a white noise machine from when the kids were infants. I didn't even think of it--thanks for the reminder!
