  DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

  October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

  November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

  January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

  April 2015: FET #2.1

  Dx : DOR

  IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

  Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

    Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

  Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

  IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

  EDD 10/27/14

  Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)

  Holy crap, that's a lot of menopur!  The volume of injection alone overwhelms me.

  Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
  

  DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
  

  5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
  IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
  

  + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
  Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

  Volume is still 1 ml. You keep mixing the same ml of water with each menopur vial. I saw it done on a video.

  Yeah well I started out at the low end of Follistim and ended up at 375 before I went to the Menopur at my Sunday appointment and it sort of burned tonight let me tell you. Supposedly you can split it up that's what the nurse said but I told my husband let's just try it in one needle, I think maybe tomorrow the plan will be to split it up into two separate injections. Thank you for the goodluck wishes I will really need them Weds. that's the us/bloodwork appointment day. I'm so nervous

  Thank you I was extremely upset after leaving Shady the other day after having stimmed for 8 days on Follistim and no result I was so upset I'm wishing and hoping and everything else that weds we see progress and the estrogen levels are good as well. I always dread them calling me results anyone else like that ?
