Quinnlyn Grace arrived at 10:48 am via scheduled c section. She was 10 lb 10 oz and almost 22 inches long! My growth scan was spot on. It did not go at all how I planned. She is in the nicu until Wednesday. She had trouble breathing at first due to wet lungs but was off all oxygen in a few hours and her chest xray looked good. Blood sugars were great...no gd...just a big baby. If her bloodwork comes back with no infection, she will be moved to my room on Wednesday. I only got 30 minutes with her. Its killing me but I know she is in great hands. I'm pumping great...14 cc today even with dehydration due to my getting sick excessively from the spinal..including during the section. They are letting her eat tomorrow. Hope to nurse her. Pics up on pgal....my phone is charging. Will add more tomorrow. Thanks for your advice and support ladies. I love her so much!!!
