Robbie Knievel sucks

I was listening to the Jason Ellis show this morning, and I heard an interview TMZ did with Robbie Knievel. Apparently he drinks and drives and just doesn't give a shit. And what does he get for pleading guilty? A 30 day suspended license. Not that a suspension would even stop him from driving either but only 30 FUCKING DAYS? I'm not sure if that was the full sentence or just the temporary until his full sentencing, though.

When I was a PO, it made me so angry when people were non chalant about drinking and driving or DWIs. The courts are very lenient and plead them down all the time. On one guys rap sheet I counted 15 DWIs, most got plead down to violations. Finally they made number 15 a felony and the fucker still only got 60 days in jail and five years probation. Imagine how many times this guy was driving drunk if he was caught 15 times?

Exactly @NYMama1. My DH works with the judicial system, and he can attest the amount of offenses that travel through the system is mostly alcohol related. It's sad, really. I know all too well what it feels like to lose because of drinking and driving.
