Meds arent working

Hey ladies!  I had my ultrasound for my third cycle with injectibles, cycle #2 for IUI.  Cycle 1 we did Clomid 50mg, Follistem 75 units for 2 days, and then the Ovidrel.  This combo worked pretty well, I had 2 follies the biggest at 20 and tried TI, however BFN.  Cycle 2 we did Clomid 50 mg, Follistem 75 units for 3 doses and Ovidrel.  I had 2 follies the biggest 18 and tried with IUI #1... BFN.  Third cycle all meds stayed the same only I did 4 doses of Follistem.  When I went in for my ultrasound this morning I had basically no good follies, my largest was only an 11.  I am feeling so defeated and desperate right now.  I dont understand how each cycle I am increasing my number of follistem doses but I am getting a worse result.  I am anxiously waiting for the call from the doctor with by blood work, but I am feeling so emotional and sad.  I am afraid I am wasting my time.  I know others have days like this, but right now I just feel so ugh annoyed.  Anyone else have similar issues with injections?  Sorry for the vent, but I could really use some advice/encouragement!

2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN
8/13 3rd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 2nd IUI - BFN
9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

    I am sorry-  sometimes more medicine doesn't get you better results.  Talk to your RE about your protocol.

    Me:36 DH:38 TTC#1 since 4/2012
    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    Thanks ladies.  I just spoke with the doctor again and she said sometimes slow and steady is just as good or better.  She told me to start injecting the follistem in my thigh.  Never heard of that, but she said it will help absorb better.  Hopefully this helps!

    I haven't started my injects yet but I just wanted to send some love your way!!! It's very frustrating!
    TTC for baby #1 since March 2012 DH SA- ZERO Jan 2013, Low T, started clomid. Up and down swimmies since. Me- Ovulation dysfunction, low progesterone, hormone levels all off http://babydreamsinnj.blogspot.com
