New Format and Siggy

I have no idea, with this new format, how to post a picture. I tried the picture icon, it says to enter the URL.

Is this new format not compatible with Photobucket?

    I know - my pic will not change when I put one with tinypic like I did before but I haven't had a chance to look into it...

    I haven't figured out how to change my siggy either. Also, when the format changed my siggy went back to a really old one (like from 9 months ago).  :(
