Airplane: powder or liquid formula

I did a search but did not find an answer to this particular question.  We're going on the airplane on Wednesday with DD.  It's a short flight, so we don't need more than 2 bottles worth of formula.  Do you recommend taking the bottles mixed or just packing the powder formula.  TIA!

I'm picturing her grabbing the thing of formula and spilling it all over before it even makes it into the bottle. Not to mention you usually want it fast when you want it on the plane and pulling out a bottle of liquid formula I think would be immensely easier...
