Feeling weak, shaky, flushed

I keep getting hit with weird spells (especially after a nap, but at other times too). Out of the blue I will all the sudden feel flushed, weak, and shaky, with over feeling I being ill. It's not nausea and I don't throw up so I assume its not morning sickness. Anyone else having this?

    I do. I usually feel better if I drink a big glass of water and sit down for a bit. Take it easy for sure!

    Sounds like you have low blood sugar.  I'm convinced this is why they call it morning sickness.  You go several hours without eating anything and your blood sugar drops dramatically.  Hence, the feeling of sickness.  You should eat lots of snacks throughout the day.

    Thank you! I will definitely make a point of it. I have been avoiding sugars and sweets because I'm worried about GD especially with my age (42).

    I've had the same thing happen if I go too long without eating.  I assumed it was low blood sugar.  A quick snack later and I felt back to normal.

    Same thing but no morning sickness, I'm just really bad about not eating...like I just ate a sandwich...it's 3:15 and that's my first meal! I'm having a hard time finding good to eat earlier! Nothing sounds good!
