After my fall on Tuesday, and the pelvic pain I had previous, today the OB recommended getting a support belt and that it would help with my pelvic pain.
I had a very low quality one that velcro-ed on. It gave me some support, but the belt was so uncomfortable I did not wear it for longer than about 30 min at a time. I only ever wore it at work, and went on leave at 24 weeks, so there was no need to find a better one. If you research and get a good quality belt that fits you well it will be helpful.
So worth it. I wore one from 20w until I dropped (it was too uncomfortable with such a low belly) at 31w. I had one from Motherhood (it was the big $40 one) that was awesome. BRU has the same one for a bit cheaper.

I had the belly bandit upside baby. It was expensive but worth every penny. It saved my back and this one is super soft and comfy to wear. And can be used pp.
