2 year old molars!?

My lo has all his teeth except his 2 year old molars ... He has been cranky here and there and chewing on his fingers for at least a month! Waking almost every night too... When will they show up and are these more painful? I give him Motrin but I think I'm giving too much lately...

    DD got her first 3 a few months after she turned 2 but she didn't get her last one until just about a month ago (and she turns 3 in 3 weeks).  I know she seemed to be working on that one forever (chewing on stuff, acting like it hurt, etc).
