fever while teething

my 11month has been running a fever today that keeps getting higher. he has two teeth coming in but this morning he was 100.3, then after his nap he was 101.7, and now he is 102.3. Ive given him Tylenol twice already and he cant have anymore for a few hours. Im just wondering if I should be more concerned. hes pretty fussy, but has been playing with his brother and cousin just fine.

    I heard fever with teething is a myth but when my baby had teeth coming in for a day she had a 101 fever with no other symptoms for a day. She hadnt been out of the house or anything in quite awhile too. I'd just watch it closely and if it gets too high take em in just in case.

    Fever with teething is a myth https://www2.aap.org/oralhealth/pact/ch2_sect5.cfm Probably just fighting something off, I would call the doc in the am. Sometimes a fever is ok, it's the body's way of igniting something.
