I'm also making lasagna. It's the cheesy, messy, goodness kind though. Definitely nothing skinny about my lasagna. My H requested it for tonight. It's his favorite.

Shrimp quesadillias. Figure I need to eat them now as I am afraid that they are going to become an aversion as the smell isnt the umm that is good anymore. I am kinda starting to think that shrimp stinks and they are my favorite.

We're going out to our favorite vegetarian restaurant downtown tonight! Last night we babysat for our friends kids (3, 11, and 14) and I made a huge meal. It was awesome, but exhausting.

Grilled salmon, zucchini and red potatoes. I had to google if salmon is ok, and I read that it is in moderation. I've been soooo hungry but I'm just thankful I have an appetite and no sickness for now!

i was at a BBQ with my small group from church, and they were making burgers (i don't eat read meat, and i'm a meat snob to begin with) so i didn't eat much. i had chips and cookies instead.... yay for health, says the nutritionist!

but i had eaten veggie lasagna before going there, and i'm having a banana with PB now... so it balanced out

My mom is a consultant so I am slightly spoiled! Plus, I did a PC bridal shower registry (married Dec 12) so I am all set lol. Have you tried the summertime spegetti? If you haven't, you must!
