Spotting and worry

I'm 31 and this is my first pregnancy. I'm really scared now because I have not had any symptoms except the test says positive and my breasts are growing and sore. Yesterday I was spotting each time I go to pee. Just now a bloody glob the size of a golf ball of dark blood came after I peed and I'm still waiting for my nurse to call back on what to do. No cramps though. Has anyone ever had this happen? Please help. I don't want to lose this.

Now that I'm thinking about this, I did have bad cramp Saturday night..3 nights ago. I just thought maybe I was hungry and didn't eat enough that day. And the nurse did call back saying that they will see me tomorrow morning! I'm pretty scared and now I'm going to have to tell my husband about my bleeding...

    Is the bleeding dark ? I went thru this in march and i'm sorry to say the out come was not great :(

    yes..i have been bleeding dark/almost black little chunks of bleed since 5pm today. i guess i won't get much sleep tonight. i'm just preparing for the worst tomorrow at my dr's office. now im starting to feel a little cramp coming. i am so scared to see the ultrasound tomorrow if it is bad news. i don't know if i want to see it.

    by the way...how do you know you have a miscarriage? how long did you bleed for? and how much blood? how often? what does it look like? how was the cramp? what did the doctor do for you?

    I thought it was just my period i didnt know i was pregnant until on thrusday i heard a plop in the toilet but i couldnt see anything. It was the next day at 9:30 me and my family came back from getting groceries and i was holding things to pretty heavy i went straight to thr restroom and peed then wiped and i seen the i guess sac on my toilet paper :(. That hole week I was cramping off and on.

    In the begging on a sunday the blood was brown like i thought it was just old blood then on tues it started getting darker on thurs thats when lil blood clots starting coming then a plop . But it wasent till that fri when everything happen. I bleed for 2 -3 weeks.

    I went for my US yesterday and I was suppose to be 7 weeks...the dr said it looks like 4.5 weeks only..no heartbeat..mc confirmed : it is still inside me..I'm waiting for it to come out...I'm shock and have no one to tell it to...don't want people to know because they will remind me everyday that I lost my most precious one...I just want a hug and cry my eyes out..but I don't want to make my fianc sad like I am..why??? why me? I've been counting off the day until my first US to see the cutest heartbeat..and there I was yesterday at my first US bleeding and cramping without a heartbeat..

    I am deeply so sorry . I know how you feel I asked my self the same thing why me what did i do . Or if i would have known i would have done this differently so many question. But I didn't get the answer its heart braking an all you can do is grieve and pray to god. God is going to take care of your lil one until your ready for him/her. It will be okay i know it hurts !!!!!! :'(

    I am so very sorry.  I have had a loss as well.  I must say as much as you don't want to make your fiance sad it is important that you are able to talk to someone, it is all part of the grieving process!  I hope that you are able to grieve. I know how bad this hurts. We are here for you to talk to as well.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

    I'm 23 yrs old I have Also gone thrus this my Dr told me I was bleeding n having all this and I will be having this around my first to three month because I'm high risk of pregnancy I have to try to relax and not do Heavy lifting during these time just concern with your doctor's and hope everything fine for some women is high risk for others no
