How many LOs still spit up?

DD does it in spurts, like a few times a day for a few days and then nothing for a week or two.

Just curious.

  • @jennyb3 that's always when it happens to me too. And usually work clothes.
DD still spits up once in a while.

  • Morgan does when she's got a tooth coming through.

I think this is happening now, her sleep is jacked and she's spitting up a little. She is realllllly clingy too and kind of diva-ish. You know that girls squeal, complaining when she doesn't get her way.... She's only 8 months, can't wait until she's 11
    ;)

  • LO wasn't a big spitter upper. She is doing it more often the last 2 or so months (maybe 2 or 3 times in one day max) but it is usually if her abdomen is bent forward being squeed,or a hand/shoulder is on her tummy exerting pressure.

  • DD does it every once in awhile now but she used to be a major spitter upper. Now she is mostly just a drooly mess.

  • DD was a huge spit up baby in the beginning.  I'd say she still does it at least once per day, but it's usually only like the size of a quarter instead of destroying an entire burp cloth :)
  • LO still does daily.  It's generally whenever we pick her up after she's eaten and there's pressure on her tummy.  I didn't realize that it wasn't that common for everyone else.

  • DD does sometimes.,..her favorite time to do it right as we're talking out the door in the mornings so I can go to work...she likes to leave a little reminder of her on my shirt, lol

  • DD very occasionally spits up, maybe once our twice a week. Interesting what PP said about teething. DD spit up yesterday and I think she is finally getting a tooth.

  • Yes!  DS has gotten better, but he still spits up a lot, multiple times a day.  Part of the problem is that he loves being on his tummy.  So I try to keep him upright after he has eaten, but he's just figured out how to get himself to his tummy and that's when you need your rain coat.
