So I've been taking Zofran which has apparently made me very constipated today. I am sweating, I feel sick and I'm in a LOT of pain. I've taken colace but that won't kick in for another several hours, I've tried to eat/drink things that might help and I've tried walking around which only causes more pain. Anyone have any advice? I haven't been able to get out of bed since my body tried to process this about 3-4 hours ago.

No really though eat pears and bran cereal. If you dont like the cereal use it to make muffins....you can add pumpkin mix, brown sugar and raisins or banana, walnuts and honey. I love em and they keep ya movin.
