Your LO's favorite toy?

I don't have many toys for DD right now.  Most of the toys that we got are for when she is older (she is 3 mos).  She needs more stimulation while she is awake, so I am looking for some recommendations of good (not too expensive) toys for her to play with. TIA!

    Kick and play or the lamaze toys. Both are cheaper on amazon than in stores. He freaking loves his mobiles the best though. We have one for PNP and crib.

    Im looking for toys for my LO aswell. She loves lights and colors and gets super excited when the tv comes on, but i dont want to stick her in front of the tv. Im interested to see everyones replies.

    LO likes the stuffed animal / blanket like the one @beaubecca mentioned, but not in a toy kind of way... more like a soothing kind of way (he's totally going to be a blankie kid.) He also likes this rattle (https://tinyurl.com/mf28gkl) and seems to be getting a lot more interested in the mobile over his mamaroo. His current playmat doesn't do squat for him, so I just ordered the piano one everyone is raving about. Hope he likes it!

    The Lamaze Jacque the peacock. My guy can play with it (hanging on his bouncy seat toy bar) for a while! He loves it!

    During tummy time she loves to look at a Taggies blanket we have - it's covered in animal faces and I think she likes checking out the expressions. She's also a big fan on the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes, which is a light up musical thing.

    He loves the kick and play piano play mat and laying in his crib watching his mobile. We also recently got Sophie the Giraffe and LO has been obsessed and loves putting it in his mouth and sucking/chewing on it.

    LM likes her taggies blanket and the birds above her bouncer. She hasn't shown much interest in other toys until today. She was loving this Sassy Non-ster that a friend bought for her. She was laughing and chatting with him. It was so cute.

    DS became interested in toys about 3 weeks ago, so about 10 weeks of age. He likes dangly things, especially those that jingle. His absolute favorite is black and white items!

    He loves his LIon King night sky projector, his GloWorm, a couple stuffed animals with big eyes, and most Bright Starts toys.

    My LO loves his oball rattle. They're like $4 at target. It has lots of holes so he can grab it and shake it and he likes to try and get it in his mouth.

    Same with C, she loves that thing! Oh and we have a crinkly flat elephant that has rubber teething feet that she loves as well. I think it's really easy for her to grab

    I'm thinking about getting the kick and play mat too. We have the baby Einstein play mat and he doesn't care for it. He likes his on all rattle too. I seriously think his favorite thing is my iPhone though. Haha. He loves the light and colors from certain apps.

    I do have the oball & DD LOVES it!  She is always putting it in her mouth.

    This!! We got one that has a car attached. It holds his attention for a bit!!

    So i went out and bought the kick and play piano mat today and my LO loves it !!! I easily can say its her new favorite toy!!

    This thread was awesome. I can't wait to go buy her toys. She got mostly hand me downs from my nephews so I have been thinking about buying stuff more geared towards her interests which are kicking and shoving stuff in her mouth. Thanks!!!

    Huh? Me thinks that's the wrong link. I added the kick ad play to my cart like 5 times debating if I wanted to spend the money and sacrifice precious living room space on another big toy. I asked DH his opinion and he goes "Is it a piano she plays with her feet? My coworker said it was her daughter's favorite toy. She gave it to me. Its in my trunk." Woot!

    A friend had suggested buying the aden and anais security blankets. I'm glad I did.  They're expensive, but worth it if you can find them on sale/clearance.  They're made of the same thin muslin as the swaddle blankets, but with a satin border and super teeny... the perfect size for a baby to hold.  LO loves to grab onto it and chew on it, and I'm not worried about her suffocating if she pulls it over her face. They come in a 2-pack, and they fold up really small, so I keep one in my diaper bag for when we're out.

    DS2 loves his mobile. It's the Manhattan stim-mobile on Amazon. DS1 loved it, too.

    I hung it from the ceiling on clear fishing line and will spin it gently and he kicks like crazy. Sometimes it occupies him for 15+ minutes, which is a record in this house for any toy with either child.

    If I'm holding him and walk past it, he will practically launch himself out of my arms to get a closer look at the picture of the dog. Ha.
