Hi Ladies!
For those of you that bed share with your LOs, how are you putting your babies down for naps? DD was always a terrible napper early on (if left by herself in her bassinet), but I've since figured it out and we nap together, starting each nap with nursing her sleep while we lay together. I actually really like this, we love the cuddles, we are both generally well rested and DD naps peacefully since we're tummy to tummy. DD is almost 6 mos now and I'm a bit worried that she may become accustomed to napping this way and it might become a problem when I return to work.
There is also the crib - As DD becomes more mobile, she will need to nap in her crib if we don't nap together in bed, but any time I've tried to put her in her crib after nursing her to sleep, she wakes up...I need to figure out how to transition DD to napping in her crib.
How are you all putting your LOs down for naps? With bed sharing, have they become used to you being there beside them? TIA
