Isagenix?

Anyone try the Isagenix cleanse? A lot of people at my job have had great weight loss results from this. I would love to lose 5-10lbs, but I am not sure if I could live on shakes for meals. Anyone hear if Isagenix? Use it or know someone that uses it?

    I've tried some of the products but not the cleanse. Fwiw my friends own a crossfit gym and are champions in xfit, lifting, wrestling, etc and they promote that system. Or used to anyway. The husband is now sponsored by some other supplement co.s so they may not now. I know a lot of fitness ppl will tell you it's bunk though.
