ok im totally new to this, in the past ive always had the physical items shipped to me. How does this work as far as invites? 
Also, if i wanted to do food labels signs....do i pick a specific paper to print the image on?

Doing a construction theme party and just looking for some different ideas.

    I've ordered from Etsy the past 2 years for DD's invites. The seller will send you a PDF file. I put it on a jump drive and take it to Office Depot. They will print and cut them for you. This year I also ordered favor tags and cupcake flags. Same thing- they send you a PDF, you can choose what kind of paper you want it printed on at the printing place. I normally use card stock (you can choose the color) or you can send it to snapfish, etc for the photo paper too.

    I've always just printed it on my computer with cardstock.  This year our invitation was more complicated to cut out so my cousin used her Silhouette Cameo machine to do all the printing and cutting.
