Finally!
Aunt Flo made an appearance 
I can officially call my doctor and schedule my very first IUI!! Woo hoo!!! I'm hoping I'll be a one-shot-wonder but I also understand I need to be realistic about my expectations. I'm disappointed that this will likely happen in the thick of one of the busiest times for my job, but I don't get to choose the timing of these things. Happily, my doctor is just down the street and I'm hoping the procedures won't be too lengthy, time wise.
