I'm a very active person, I am a dance coach (to which I'm not working right now) but I love to
Run and do all sorts of things. I know you should take it easy the fort Tri but I'm going into 2nd Tri in 3 weeks and was maybe looking into doing some prenatal yoga. Anybody does this or knows someone who does it? Good idea? Bad? Feedback is appreciated

The general rule is as long as you did it prior to pregnancy, you can continue in pregnancy. I did prenatal yoga a few times last time, but I wasn't a fan. However it was my first time doing yoga and I just can't get on board with the idea behind it (all the silly terms and things they say during the poses), and I am overweight already and I think it's just harder to do the poses and moves when you're not already in decent shape.
It may have been coincidence but I spotted a couple times after I exercised (not sure if I did after yoga or not) so I don't feel comfortable doing anything except walking. However I am also high risk and on pelvic rest, so high intensity work outs wouldn't be good for me. Run it by your doctor if you're still not sure.

Like many of other have said, there is not reason not to exercise even in first tri. (Unless your doctor told you to or you are high risk.)
Both this and last pregnancy I rode horses through first tri (which is only okay if you are an experienced rider on solid horses. . . but I digress), I'm also continuing to run and we take lots of long walks. This summer I bought a "prenatal" work-out DVD. Haven't tried it yet, but it will probably be my exercise outlet once the cold whether hits.
