Advice for my BIL & SIL

Hey Ladies,
I have adopted 7 yr old nephews (twins)  who were adopted privately by my BIL and his wife. The birth mom was a friend of a relative, and they were approached about adopting the boys by that relative. Now, my BIL and SIL are seriously pursuing another adoption and want to do a private adoption again. Does anyone have any ideas on how to find pregnant women considering adoption? They have posted on their own FB profiles that they want to adopt again and for their friends to keep them in mind if they hear of someone looking to adopt out their baby. Are there any websites or social networking type forums that might help them out?

    We have crisis pregnancy centers in my state where women can go for free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds. Many of the women who go there are young and having unplanned pregnancies, so adoption is something some of them consider and do. She might contact one of those agencies near her to see if they might have ideas for her on contacting a mom looking to adopt.
