E2 levels during FET cycle

Hi ladies!

For those of you who have done a FET before, what are E2 levels typically? My last cycle got cancelled toward the end, but I never knew what my levels were. At my WTF my RE said they were within normal range the whole time and it was very unexpected when I started shedding lining and bleeding. Today I asked what it is and it is 476. Is that good? How high should it get? This was my first draw after 2 delestrogen dosages. My FET should be 8/21/13. TIA!

I have no idea but my e2 last week was 116 and they said it was going good. I have another check next week and not to give too much but my FET is around yours so I'd think you sound about where you should be

I am of no help at all! With my FET I only get my P4 checked, not my E2. I asked about it and nurse said that my RE believes that your actual E2 number does not matter as much as your lining measurement and what they see on ultrasound.

Here is what I know: in a natural cycle FET, estrogen needed to get to 150 + an 18mm follie + 8mm lining before they would trigger me and start me on progesterone to prep me for transfer 6dp trigger. At 150 after about day 10-16, that means a fertile person would likely have built a lining to 8mm. Not me. I was cancelled.

I asked if e2 can get too high for transfer. RE said, NO. He's never worried about high, but does worry about too low.

Yours sounds goooooood, based on my experience, and with those levels surely you're building up a nice lining!

As long as you have no big follicles that sounds good. Mine was around 300 level I was taking 2 estrance in am and pm. If you have large follicles you could start producing on your own unless you are doing an unmediated cycle which could make it higher.
