So after my LO fighting her swaddle and busting out every 20 minutes, I finally just put her down unswaddled. She did great (still woke up a few times but not any more than normal!). So that is exciting BUT I nurse her to sleep and then put her down.... now when I slowly pick her up from nursing her arms move and wake her up.... how do you move your LO's without the swaddle?
Second and most important!!
I need help/tips on getting my LO to fall asleep without breastfeeding. She will actively sickle on my breast throughout her 3 hour nap but will wake up pissed the minute I pop her off. She does okay at night but won't nap unless she is attached to me. Slight sucks thorughout her nap really mess her with acid reflux, her appetite, and I think it is starting to mess with my supply.
Re: Teach me your tricks
For falling asleep, I usually breastfeed until asleep, and then give him his soother. If she wakes up as soon as she lets go, you could try easing the soother in as you ease your breast out. I can't remember if your LO takes a soother or not, but this has helped when my little ones want to suck on something as they sleep and I have things to do. It may be worth a try. GL!
