  I don't know why it is optional in Europe, but this is what can happen. They didn't say she had it...maybe she just has giant kids. LOL

  Everytime someone comes on here to argue that "Europe only recommends GD screening for high risk patients," this is the shit I think of. Untreated GD is serious business.
