Two Under 2

Xp: sesame place questions

Hi,I hope you don't mind me asking, but I figured you guys would have the best perspective. I have one 2 year old son. We are taking our god children (girl age 2.5 and boy age 3.5) to sesame place. We have a double stroller to use and a single umbrella stroller. Is this a good combo or would you suggest we get one of those ride on boards (there is one that has a bike type seat you can get- so really it is an extra seat but doesn't recline so no one can sleep in it). I would prefer just one stroller but if its better we could push two. What do you suggest? What's the likelihood that all 3 kids will nap at the same time? Thanks in advance.

Re: Xp: sesame place questions

  • We live near Sesame and have season passes.  My kids are 1.5 and almost 3.  We take them in the double stroller.  We only go for a few hours at a time.  There is no chance that they would nap there ever.  You will mainly want the stroller for the walk from the parking lot.  Then we end up parking it somewhere near the rides.  In your situation, I would just take the double and have the oldest child walk.  If you get there early (before 10am) the parking isnt too bad.

When are you going?  Are you coming from far away?

    Some tips:

    - Pack your own food, its very expensive there.  Their website tells you what size cooler is allowed.  They check bags at the gate.

    - Don't leave your purse in a stroller ever, theft is common.  You can leave your diaper bag there, but keep money/cell phone on you or lock it in the car.

If you have any more questions feel free to message me.
