I'm just starting to work out again. I've been avoiding it because of breastfeeding. If I worked out my supply would drop. I'm still afraid of it dropping even now because we still breastfeed a lot. That's why I only go to the gym 2-3 times a week now. So far so good. I'll only do 20 minutes of cardio and then a little weight lifting. Hey, no workout is a bad workout right? We're going on a cruise at the end of January, I'd like to be able to wear a two piece with confidence.
I don't work out, I chase and play with three little boys and work as a gardener two days a week! This winter I may go back to Zumba but more because its fun.
I have a hard time finding a workout routine and sticking to it. I am going back to the gym now instead of workout dvd's at home. This works better for me because I get out of the house. I don't have a good schedule down yet for going because of H's work schedule but my hope is to go at least 3 days per week.
No work out routine here. I used to work out 5 days week pre-LO. Now I barely have time for anything anymore. It makes it harder because DH and I never have a day off together where he can watch DD while I work out.
I'll try to get a quick jog in on the weekends, but usually a walk is all the exercise I get.
I've decided to join Planet Fitness since they are 24 hour and the cheapest (can't believe how much some of them cost!). Only drawback is none of the locations are all that close. Can't go early morning bc hubby leaves for work at 4am.I'm going to have to go right after work (there is one ten minutes past my job) or after Sophia is asleep.I can also drop her off at my parents on the weekend and go to the one by their house.
I really need this "me" time and I truly have to restart losing this weight.
I work out at least 4 days a week, typically five. I see my trainer for 30 mins on M/W and he gives me an ass kicking. Mondays I do a 30 min ab class after and Wed I do 30 mins of cardio while DH sees our trainer. Tues/Thurs/Fri are either walk/run with DD or hit the cardio machines. Our gym has daycare which is phenomenal! Sooooo worth it!
I've recently begun incorporating the row machine and i love it! Such a different cardio!
Since I'm down the lowest I can ever remember since say, oh gee high school, I love lifting and how it makes me look. The Advocare 24 day challenge really kick started this last 30 pound weight loss and I am OVER THE MOON! If any of you ladies need a serious change to your lifestyle (I say this as opposed to diet, as it really is a life changer! I've been going strong since March!) PM me!
