LO movement very low?

in 3rd Trimester
For the past week or so I have been feeling LO move really low, pretty much in my pubic / bikini line area. I am 33 weeks. Is this normal? Has anyone have it happened to them or its one of those alarming thing I should call my OB about? Does this mean the baby dropped? I am FTM so not sure what is normal. Thanks for any help!! I tried googling this but haven't had much luck

    When you "drop" your whole belly will look different.  LO can be head down without "dropping".

    Yes, it's normal.  My LO has been head down since at least 33 weeks and I've been feeling a lot of movement down there.  I think it's her head scooting around.  That's also where I feel hiccups.  I feel movement higher too, but not as often.  Although the higher movement is more noticeable (stronger).

    I never had that with my first two but I'm having it with this baby cause she's breech. Are you feeling a lot of movement on the top area of your belly as well or only down low?

    I feel movement both on the top area  -kicks and what feels like LO rolling in there and the ones down below. I was in L&D for observation ar 30 weeks and the dr said she was head down. I wonder i she flipped ?

    Thanks everyone! I had a PTL scare at 29-30 weeks so I am on high alert for anything that feels out of ordinary. I am grateful for all the responses :)

    I feel this too. I feel punches down low near my pelvis and kicks and wiggles up high. If your LO is head down her hands are in that area too. :)
