What is the one thing you wish LO would stop doing?

I wish that LO would stop acting like a penguin when it comes to tummy time. He lifts up both arms and legs and puts all his weight on his chest so he grunts hard and strains really bad. I think this is why he hates it so much, cause he doesn't get you can put your arms down. (You would think this would be a rant about his sleeping, but it has been so long and so many posts about it.)

LOL, Connor's so funny! I wish Brayden would stop going from 0-10 on the crying meter out of nowhere. He will literally be laughing and smiling then a second later start hollering, its very hard to read his cues. It could have something to do with his teething or nothing at all, it just scares the mess out of me and I feel helpless.

Tondraluv, Sonya does the same thing. I think she doesn't realize she's hungry until she's literally so hungry that she thinks she's starving because one minute, she's fine and the next, she's screaming like she's dying.

Lately, whenever Sonya's on her back, she tries like crazy to sit up, and it freaks me out because I'm afraid she's going to strain something (she can't sit on her own yet). Plus it makes changing her diaper really tough. I don't want to push her head back down, but it's not like I can ask her nicely to just lie down, right?

My DD does that too execpt she does it in her carseat. It's like she's trying to lean forward and chew on her belt but can't so she sticks her arms out and rocks back and forth like she's trying to break out!

I wish DD wouldn't rub her eyes so hard when she starts to get tired. I am worried one day she might claw her eye or hurt herself.

I also wish she would not get so angry after we try tummy time. She has this cry that just sounds as if she is saying, "you are the meanest mom EVER!" She definitely has her dad's temper, lol.

I wish little one wouldn't roll onto his belly at night/during naptime. Not only does it give me a heart attack at night, he hates being on his belly! This makes for many (pointless) trips to flip him onto his back. Yesterday, I actually took a video of it. He would immediately flip after I placed him on his back then start to cry!

I know I shouldn't complain cause LO has started sleeping pretty well through til 3 and sometimes 5 but whenever he wakes up that first time it's impossible to put him back in his crib, he just wants to sleep on me. But the worst part is he wants me to sit up while he sleeps, if I try to lean back and get comfy he starts squirming and whining, truthfully I really enjoy the snuggles I just wish I could do it comfortably.
Also he started pulling my hair this week, which I could without.

I wish he would stop having meltdowns when we leave the house and get off his routine. Happened last week at a restaurant and yesterday at my dad's. I hate looking like an inept parent, especially when he is so good at home!

I wish he would stop waking up every 3 hours or less at night to only drink 3-4 ounces and then want to play! It's making me batty! He's always slept fairly well, by baby standards, from birth. So, it's frustrating and disconcerting to face this now. I know it's just a phase and he's a baby and this is what they do at 4 months, but that doesn't give me any more sanity or sleep!

Same thing here. I also feel the meltdowns when leaving the house and sucking on fingers. Can we pck them all?

I'll add, rolling over to tummy the second I lay her down and then screaming cause she hates it and wants back on her back.

I wish DD would stop pulling her hair when she is tired! She sometimes pulls it so hard she starts crying. It was actually funny the first time but poor kid if she would only understand that she is hurting herself.

@tondraluv Caitlin does the same, but it's especially difficult for me when she wakes up from a nap crying hysterically. She has now developed this loud high pitched screech that hurts the ears.

Mine would have to be that Caitlin often has a meltdown and/or poops 5 minutes after we drive away in the car. Something about the carseat or being in the car makes her want to poop, or makes her cranky. Once in a while she's OK and will just fall asleep. But over the last month, I don't like taking her out anywhere because I have no idea how she's going to behave in the car. But I keep taking her out because I need to get out, and I'm hoping she'll eventually get used to it.

Hiccuping!

We were doing so much better but she's had two nasty bouts since last night.

Since her hiccups often lead to throwing up, we have to stop what we're doing and wait it out. Particularly annoying this morning when we were trying to get ready for daycare.

I wish LO would stop only sleeping 3 hours without being swaddled. When swaddled he will sleep up to 6 hours!

I wish DS would stop chomping down on my nipple and yanking it! It hurts so bad :'( I also wish he would stop pinch/scratching me, because that also hurts like crazy!

THIS ^^^ the "chomp and pull/twist away" is getting old really fast!

I also wish MJ would finish eating when he was full, especially in the middle of the night... nothing gets me in a foul mood faster than being covered in spit up in bed at 3am.
